Throughout history Dragons have been portrayed both as protector and destroyer. Loyal to their familiars and ferocious to their foes and said to have power over the subconscious mind. They are the perfect embodiment of the Yin - Yang relationship of Self and a vivid archetype for doing deep inner work around grounding and protection, speaking our Truth, finding and working with our own Fire and the cultivation of responsible personal power.
April 23rd is St Georges day and St. George is famed for ‘ slaying the dragon' but on this 23rd of April, we won't be slaying but rather awakening and harnessing the dragon energy within ourselves and within the Earth. We'll be moving these powerful energies through the Earth's ley lines [earths energy system] which coincidentally are known as Dragon lines, as well as through our own meridian lines (which essentially are the bodies ley lines). We do this to arouse and to activate new energies within and to clear out that which is old and spent, in order to make room for accelerated healing and integration of the higher frequencies that permeate each one of our NOW moments.

To ensure a smooth ride, we've put together below, a short list of 'helpful tips' that will assist you getting the most out of your gong bath journey.
FOR THE BEST GONG BATH EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE...
Our goal is to provide you with the most immersive experience possible.
* We will be lying down so bring a yoga / camping mat, gravity chair, blanket, eye mask, pillow, etc.
* In the few days preceding the gathering date we suggest you avoid alcohol, sugars and caffeine
* Shower or bathe before the session
* Bring water and be hydrated, but not so much you need to break the session to go to the bathroom
* Wear loose and comfortable clothing
* Get comfortable and give yourself some lead time in order to relax and focus.
