Laura Muise of Laura’s Tastes and Soul Boost Nova Scotia is a passionate creative cook, caregiver of herbs, and spiritual entrepreneur. As a former restaurateur and now proprietor of Inner Oaks, she invites you to join her on a sacred journey of intuitive and mindful eating during a guided meditation and culinary experience. Laura shares her passion and respect for healthy food through a culinary luncheon, emphasizing the use of our innate senses.

Rita and Phil Crosbie of SOUNDBEINGS have been sound practitioners for over 20 years, training in Europe and the USA. Both intuitive healers and clairvoyants, they blend their passion for sound healing with their conscious connection to support personal journeys worldwide. They help people explore and experience the power of sound and personal energy for connection, healing, and psychic and spiritual development.

Throughout history Dragons have been portrayed both as protector and destroyer. Loyal to their familiars and ferocious to their foes and said to have power over the subconscious mind.
